Your program starts where you are. Your programme will begin from an appropriate starting point based on your current ability, experience and circumstances.

Weekly membership payments are collected securely by Direct Debit through GoCardless after you have been accepted into coaching and have reviewed the applicable agreement and payment information.
Wildflower will not ask you to send your bank-account details by email, website enquiry form or Hubfit message.

Wildflower provides nutrition education and personalised guidance. The focus is building skills and habits rather than restrictive dieting.
Upon completion of Adanced Nutrition Certificate, nutrition plan offers will be created at an additional price.

Eligible members may request a temporary pause of between two and eight weeks. Requests and arrangements must be made in writing and remain subject to the Client Service Agreement.

Your subscription can be cancelled according to the cancellation terms outlined in your Client Coaching Agreement.

Not necessarily. Your programme may be designed for a suitable home or gym environment depending on your goals, preferences, available equipment and safety considerations.
